Cybergenics Workout



What was the original Cybergenics workout routine?

Cybergenics was the most successful sports supplement in the world. This program really worked, many people gained a lot of muscle andf got ripped in only 60 days, the company had a solid research behind their claims. Cybergenics single-handedly changed the sports nutrition industry.

The Cybergenics workout:

1) Exercises are done after a fast period, you need to do the exercise program on an empty stomach.

2) Always do this exercise program with a partner and schedule your rest periods while your partner is doing his or her own reps.

3) Always raise the weight quickly, while lowering it slowly. Oh and don't count the reps, just keep going until you reach both positive and negative failure.

Here is a sample of the leg routine:

Cycle one 4 times with no rest in between.
Squats should be to 80% to positive and negative failure.
Squats should be than to about 50% for the positive and negative and make sure to reachy failure.
Deep knee bends should be to the same pattern.
Flex your thighs as hard as you can for thirty seconds.

Cycle two 3 times with no rest in between.
Leg extension 90% for positive and negative failure
Leg extension 50% for positive and negative failure
Leg Curls 80% positive and negative failure
Leg curls 50 % positive and negative failure

Cycle three 4 times with no rest in between.
Calf raises 90% for positive and negative failure
Calf raises 50% for positive and negative failure
Single leg calf raises with weights at 80% to positive and negative failure
And then do the raises without the weights to positive and negative failure
Flex your calves as hard as you can for thirty seconds.
