Dave Draper Workout

Dave Draper comes from the era of high volume training, which Joe Weider called "bombing and blitzing". He worked out six days a week, training twice a day once in the morning and again in the afternoon.

He trained each body part three times a week, using three to four exercises doing twenty sets of eight to twelve reps for each muscle group.

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays he worked his chest, back and shoulders.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays he worked his arms, thighs and calves.

He also trained his abdominals every day for going as high as one hundred reps for each ab exercise.
