Steve Reeves was the best natural bodybuilder of all time, with his classic good looks and perfect proportions he won the titles of Mr. America, Mr. World and Mr. Universe. Then he went on to star in movies and became a top box office draw, he was best known for playing Hercules.

In his top from he stood six foot one inches tall and weighed 215 pounds, with a fifty one inch chest, a twenty nine inch waist, twenty six inch thighs, along with his neck, arms and calves all measuring eighteen inches.

Reeves was able to transform his body in only a few weeks time. His secret was that he worked his full body three times a week and worked at a high intensity of effort and allowed little rest between sets preferring to quickly move from one exercise to another. He did approximately 9 sets per body part with about 12 reps per set.

His favorite exercises included: Press Behind Neck, Hack Squats, Dips, Chin Behind Neck, Incline Dumbbell Curls and Triceps Pushdowns.

His full workout routine was:

Shoulders - Upright Row, Press Behind Neck and Rear Lateral Raise.

Chest - Bench Press, Incline Dumbbell Bench Press and Dumbbell Fly.

Back - Chin Behind Neck, Low Cable Row and One Arm Dumbbell Row.

Biceps - Barbell Curl, Incline Dumbbell Curl and Cable Curl.

Triceps - Triceps Pushdown, French Press and Dumbbell Triceps Extensions.

Legs - Barbell Squat, Hack Squat, Front Squat, Leg Curl and Calf Press.
